Principle of maximum tariffs
The maximum fees or port services, in accordance with the Ports and Merchant Navy Act, are established when service providers are limited or insufficient to guarantee competition and affect basic port services. In accordance with this principle, the Port of Barcelona publishes its maximum tariffs to ensure effective competition for all its customers.
